HANDASI — هندسي — is a licensed engineering consultancy and design bureau headquartered in Falaj Al Mualla, Umm Al Quwain. We provide engineering consultancy, architectural design, municipality approval management, fit-out supervision, and project management to developers and contractors across the UAE.
Our license covers both engineering consultancy and fit-out contracting, issued by the UAQ Municipal Authority. We operate across all seven emirates with deep familiarity of each authority's specific requirements and approval processes.
We work with property developers building villas and residential complexes, fit-out contractors managing commercial interiors, and clients who need their municipality approvals handled correctly the first time.
